- not anybody is qualified to coach or to train in Strengths-

There are many unaccredited coaches and consultants going around, claiming to be sufficiantly trained and accredited to do Strengths Based coaching, training or consulting.

Here is the facts:

Africanmosaic is currently the ONLY Gallup Faith (creators and developers of the Clifton StrengthsFinder) partner in Africa, through whom Gallup does accredited Strengths-Coach training and accreditation.

There are currently NO Gallup Qualified & Accredited StrengthsFinder Coach Trainers anywhere outside of the Gallup Organization.

The Gallup Organization & the Gallup Faith Practice (creators and developers of the Clifton StrengthsFinder) is training StrengthsFinder Strengths Performance Coaches on Level I, II and III in Faith organizations through Africanmosaic in South Africa.

Coaches might be Gallup Trained through one of our sessions, but not automatically accredited on the required standards of coaching and knowledge.  Make sure.

Our Gallup Trained Qualified and Accredited SPC Coaches are all listed on this site, on the page "Accredited Coaches".

It is a performance and standard concern to Gallup and Africanmosaic that there are "Strengths Coaches" and even "Strengths Coach Trainers" going round claiming to be sufficiently trained, equipped and experienced to do a professional coaching or training session.  Please verify their credentials with us, or with the Gallup Organization before making your choice.

Nothing restricts someone to simply read a couple of books on Strengths, do a course or two, build a website.. and then claim to be an expert in the field.  Like in any field, there are the real deal, and the immitations.

Our only concern:  know what you get.
