The "Catalyst Journey" is a dynamic, unique approach to assisting and guiding organisations to become Strengths Based - as a whole.
We believe that the challenge lies in bridging the gap between organisational mission or goals, and staff or employee talent and engagement. We call this the "Performance Gap".

Narrowing the Performance Gap is a 2-way approach: you need to address and develop the "soft" issues as well as the "hard" issues. This means assessment and development of the business side as well as the people side. We adress this with our Strengths Based Management Journey.
